Hotpool Storage Water Heater Two years of free on-site warranty from the date of purchase. The core component, the "Inner Tank" has a limited warranty for five years (subject to terms and conditions).

Vaillant Electric Instantaneous Water Heater Three years of free on-site warranty from the date of purchase.

For Both Products After the initial warranty period, customers will be responsible for on-site inspection, installation/dismantling, and transportation fees. Remark: Exclude commercial use.
